Job Description
Regional Group Australia (RGA) is seeking an experienced and reliable Quarry Supervisor for our quarry based at Stanwell, Queensland.
n
Reporting directly to the Quarry Manager, the Quarry Supervisor is primarily focused on the day-to-day supervision, management, and logistics of the hard rock quarry.

Responsibilities
n
n
Motivating and leading employees and contractors to achieve desired business outcomes.
n
Supporting the Quarry Manager to ensure the processing of materials are compliant and meet relevant Australian standards.
n
Responsible for quality control in conjunction with client requirements and site‐specific quarry management plan.
n
Responsible for meeting and achieving production targets.
n
n
Required skills and experience
n
n
White Card
n
Experience working in a quarry environment, preferred.
n
S1,2,3 Certification
n
Crushing and screening experience, preferred.
n
Sound understanding of quarry regulations and requirements.
n
Strong management and leadership skills.




n
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
n
Company vehicle supplied
n
Mechanically minded
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment (including Drug and Alcohol Testing)
