The Role

Are you a high performing Senior Associate with a specialisation in Corporate / M&A; and a desire to accelerate your career? Come and work for a friendly and market leading partner, working on domestic and cross-border transactions, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate and commercial matters.
n
Skills & Experience
n
You will have:
n
n
5+ years' post-qualification experience within a reputable corporate law practice.
n
Experience in a senior associate role with the ability to take a lead role on transactions.
n
An exceptional work ethic.
n
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
n




A willingness to mentor junior lawyers.
n
Solid academics (distinction average in LLB).
n
