We are sourcing a Senior Client Development Manager to join our AIA Retail Distribution team in Brisbane. Reporting to the Regional Manager – Client Development QLD, you will drive new business growth across our Queensland business by servicing and growing adviser distribution.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Work closely with the Regional Manager in the development and training of the QLD Client Development team, ensuring they meet their regional targets and contribute to overall national performance.
n
Support a panel of key advisers, assisting them to grow their businesses in a mutually beneficial manner to AIA.
n
Build and develop relationships with key advisers and local dealer group management.
n
Meet yearly production and retention targets across the Life Insurance and Health Insurance portfolio.
n
Closely follow and champion the Client Development Management model within your state.
n
Provide product education and support to advisers and their support staff.
n




Raise the profile of AIA at various PD days, conferences, and industry events (both locally and nationally).
n
Provide guidance and direction to your aligned Regional Support Officer to help them in their roles, as well as your aligned panel.
n

Qualifications
n
n
Previous senior business development experience within the life insurance or financial services industry is essential.
n
Completion of RG146 qualification.
n
Successful completion of a Diploma of Financial Services qualification.
n
Exceptional customer engagement skills and experience.
n
High level verbal and written communication skills.
n
n
