About the Role:
n
We're partnering with a leading enterprise at the forefront of a $20 million digital transformation and are on the lookout for a driven Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of cutting-edge, high-impact digital initiatives that will shape the future of the organisation.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support end-to-end delivery of multi-system IT integrations, working alongside senior stakeholders across vendors, platforms, and business units
n
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
n
Coordinate daily operations including progress tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder reporting
n
Manage technical and non-technical stakeholders across IT, business, and vendor partners
n
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring clear escalation paths and contingency planning
n




Collaborate with enterprise architects and technical leads to align integration efforts with architectural standards and security frameworks
n
Drive structured governance, reporting, and quality assurance in line with PMO expectations
n
Facilitate workshops, steer co-ordination meetings, and ensure communication is clear and consistent
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Proven experience managing complex integration projects across large enterprise environments
n
Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, APIs, middleware, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
n
Experience with data migration, system interdependencies, and legacy system transitions
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
n
Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies - Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid approaches
n
Proficient with project tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Excel
n
Formal qualifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are highly regarded
n
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven workplace with multiple moving parts
n
