Job Title : Salesforce Functional Consultant

Job Location : Brisbane, QLD
n
Key Requirements:
n
5–8+ years of Salesforce functional consulting experience
n
Robust expertise in Service Cloud (mandatory)
n
Experience in Public Sector processes, Case Management,
Licensing/Permitting,
or relevant government workflows
n
Experience in requirement gathering, user story creation, functional design, and stakeholder management
n
Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Omni‐Channel, Case Management, Knowledge, Approvals)
n
Experience working in Agile delivery models
n
Good to Have:
n
Certifications: Admin, Service Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst
n
Exposure to integrations and data migration
