We are seeking highly experienced, organised, motivated and client focused Site Manager to join us for our projects in the Eastern Suburbs (Malvern & Brighton) for our emerging SOHO BUILT Construction Team.

The Role
n

Successfully deliver quality residential projects for our Clients and developer partners
n
Projects requirements are predominately medium density residential
n
Scheduling Trades and Subcontractors on site
n
Ensuring OH&S; obligations are met weekly
n
Ensure quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines
n
Liaising with clients and delivering great customer service to our development partners
n
Monitoring and controlling ETS budget
n
n
About You
n
n
Significant experience in site management in projects or medium density settings
n




Strong Ability to manage the Building Process from start to finish
n
You are willing to be a team player
n
Motivated and driven
n
A customer-focused person, with good communication skills capable of dealing with both retail customers and sophisticated developers alike
n
A positive can-do attitude
n
