Supervising the Maintenance team
n
Supervising day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
n
Reviews assigned work orders.
n
Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
n
Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.




n
Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
n
Reviews work orders, estimates time and materials needed to repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies.
n
Maintains lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
n
Responds quickly to emergency situations
n

Skills And Experience
n
n
Previous experience of team supervision
n
Suitable Trade qualifications or experience with building repair/carpentry work
n
Knowledge and safety awareness around electrical work.
n
Experience with general repairs and maintenance in a structured commercial environment.
n
Valid Driver's License.
n
