A prominent data centre developer and operator is looking for a commercially savvy Senior Manager, to lead energy procurement, wholesale trading and strategic customer relationships across its expanding infrastructure footprint.
n
This role will own the strategy and execution of energy market participation — covering wholesale and retail supply, PPA structuring, and support for infrastructure delivery.
n
Key responsibilities:
n
n
Drive energy procurement strategy across wholesale and retail contracts
n
Structure and negotiate PPAs and manage ongoing supplier relationships
n
Support infrastructure procurement by collaborating with engineering and finance teams
n
Provide insights on market trends, pricing, and risk management
n
Build and maintain relationships with energy partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
n
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Strong experience in commercial energy markets (retail, wholesale, generation or renewables)
n
Deep understanding of energy contracting, hedging, and market pricing
n
We would also consider M&A;/Investments focused candidates from renewable developers or gentailers.
n
Commercial acumen and strong negotiation capabilities
n
Background in infrastructure or data centre sectors a plus
n




Stakeholder management experience across commercial and technical teams
n
