A globally recognised, Fortune 500 SaaS organisation (you'll likely have heard of them) is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to join their high-performing ANZ team. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Legal, supporting complex deal structures within a fast-paced, enterprise technology environment.

The Opportunity
n
You'll be part of a team of 7 and will play a key role in supporting the deal lifecycle - reviewing, structuring, and optimising commercial agreements to drive business outcomes while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
n
This role suits someone with experience in Sales Operations, Pricing, or Deal Desk functions who is looking to deepen their expertise in a collaborative, high-growth SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Partner with Sales to structure deals and support quote and contract reviews using Salesforce CPQ or similar tools
n
Analyse and optimise deal structures to balance profitability and customer value
n
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to drive deals to close
n
Draft and update contracts using internal templates and clause libraries
n
Ensure adherence to pricing policies, approval frameworks,



and service level expectations
n
Manage deal queues, flag risks, and elevate where required
n
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to ongoing optimisation initiatives
n
Support ad-hoc analysis and projects aligned to broader Deal Desk strategy
n
n
About You
n
n
2-5 years' experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, Sales Operations, or similar roles (ideally within SaaS/software)
n
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate clearly and influence outcomes
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of commercial concepts
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
n
Exposure to revenue recognition principles is advantageous
n
Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and Microsoft Office is highly desirable
n
