Mechanical Quality (QA/QC) Manager

We urgently require a qualified and experienced Mechanical Quality (QA/QC) Manager to be based at our Head Office Lahore and to head our Mechanical QA/QC Department at Corporate Level.
n
Job Location: Head Office Lahore.
n
Qualifications and Skills
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering.
n
Extensive knowledge of QA/QC under international standards such as API‐650 and ASME.
n
15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas and similar projects, of which at least 5 years at a managerial level.
n

Responsibilities
n
n
Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures.
n
Lead new certification and renewal processes.
n
Conduct internal and external quality audits and resolve NCRs.
n
Implement quality improvement systems and conduct risk assessments related to quality.
n
Determine system improvements and implement changes.
n
Manage the Quality Team and monitor their performance.
n
Prepare Quality Dossiers for the Company and Sub‐Contractors for clients.
n
Project quality system management documentation.
n
