As the Senior Naval Architect for Austal Defence Australia (ADA), you'll be responsible for providing and supporting the design of a vessel from concept through the delivery, on time and on budget.

What's Involved

Produce accurate information and documentation, which meets all procedural and auditable requirements
n
Ensure work deadlines are met and construction deliverables are not compromised or missed
n
Effectively and efficiently communicate through drawings, verbal and written means to all necessary parties
n




Consistently exhibits a proactive attitude towards innovation and improvement and actively seeks alternate methods of performing tasks
n

You'll Need
n
n
Bachelor of Engineering – Naval Architecture
n
Advanced AutoCAD skills
n
A solid understanding of Production methods and practical application of design
n
Knowledge of regulatory body Rules and Regulation requirements
n
5+ years experience in a similar position
n
Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance
n
