Job Description

Oversee daily finance operations and month‐end close
n
Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports
n
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
n
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
n
Partner with operations and commercial teams to support decision‐making
n
Provide financial modelling for pricing, cost‐saving initiatives, and strategic projects
n
Mentor and develop finance team members
n

The Successful Applicant
n
A successful Finance Manager should have:




n
n
A degree in accounting, finance with CA or CPA qualification
n
Solid technical accounting and financial management skills
n
Proven ability to lead and manage a high performing team
n
Commercial mindset with strong business partnering skills
n
Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
n
Passionate about learning, growth, and making an impact
