We're partnering with a highly regarded boutique creative agency delivering integrated shopper, digital and brand campaigns across FMCG and OTC pharmaceutical categories.

This is a senior leadership contract role, ideal for an experienced Senior Account Director or Group Account Director who is will be ready to start a new contract from early September ****.
n
You'll lead a small, high-performing account services team working closely with a creative team of 7 and broader agency specialists across experiential and display production.
n
Key to this role
n
n
Lead development of shopper and brand campaign platforms across FMCG and OTC categories
n
Own WIP management, project delivery and execution of major campaigns, NPD launches and ad hoc briefs
n
Lead annual business planning, developing concept-level brand platforms across the brand portfolio
n
Mentor and develop your Account Executive direct report
n
Collaborate across account services, creative and production teams to improve process and delivery
n
Manage quoting,



invoicing, project profitability and overall commercial performance
n
Act as the key day-to-day senior client lead across both accounts
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Strong shopper marketing experience (essential)
n
Exposure to OTC/pharmaceutical or regulated categories highly desirable
n
Proven experience leading complex accounts and small teams
n
Strong commercial acumen and comfort owning financial performance
n
Confident client leader who can operate at both strategic and execution level
