Contracts Administrator – Commercial Fit Out

Salary: $100k - $120k + Super

Core Talent are currently partnering with a well-established commercial fit out contractor delivering high-quality workplace and commercial interior projects across Sydney. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to bring on an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team.
n
This is an opportunity to work with a business known for delivering premium fit out and refurbishment projects up to $5 million, with a strong focus on quality, client relationships, and repeat business.
n
The Role
n
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you'll be responsible for the commercial management and administration of multiple fit out projects from procurement through to final accounts.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Letting and managing subcontract packages
n
Preparing scopes of work and procurement schedules
n
Processing variations, progress claims, and cost reporting
n
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
n
Managing RFIs, contracts, and project documentation
n
Liaising with subcontractors,



suppliers, and consultants
n
Supporting projects through to completion and handover
n
n
About you
n
n
Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction or fit out
n
Experience delivering commercial fit out/refurbishment projects
n
Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost management
n
You will ideally have experience in Procore
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
n
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Relevant construction qualification preferred
n
