Key Responsibilities
n

Option analysis — evaluate leasing options and provide fact‐based recommendations
n
Financial modelling — build robust models for shortlisted opportunities
n
Client presentations — assist in preparing clear, data‐driven presentation packs
n
Lease reporting — manage and update Lease Outcomes/Savings reports
n
Market assessments — prepare lease summaries and key term analyses
n
KPI reporting — support monthly and quarterly reporting
n
Market research — monitor demographic and economic trends and provide insights
n
Comparable evidence — collect market data for leased sites
n
Critical dates management — update MIS systems to ensure all transactions are accurately captured
n
Ad hoc reporting — support Leasing Executives and Transaction Managers with client requests
n

Background & Experience
n
n
Recent graduates in Property, Real Estate, Finance, Business or related fields encouraged to apply
n




Experience in commercial real estate or leasing (desirable)
n
Market knowledge of local or regional areas (desirable)
n
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive stakeholder relationships
n
n
Qualifications & Technical Skills
n
n
Tertiary qualification in real estate, finance, or business (preferred)
n
Strong analytical capability and comfort working with data
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn MIS/lease systems
n
