THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently recruiting for an experienced
Estimator or Senior Estimator
to join a well-established Victorian commercial builder.
This is an opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work, established systems and a proven reputation for delivering quality projects across a broad range of sectors.
Depending on your background, you could be working across a project portfolio that includes
commercial, mixed-use, institutional, healthcare, education, community and multi-residential developments.
The business is looking for someone who can take ownership of the estimating process and contribute to securing quality projects.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an experienced
Estimator or Senior Estimator
with the following:
Previous experience estimating for a
Victorian commercial builder
Strong understanding of commercial construction methodology
Ability to manage tenders from initial review through to submission
Strong subcontractor and supplier relationships
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with
CostX, Cubit, Buildsoft or similar estimating software
Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
Full Australian working rights
Estimator and Senior Estimator backgrounds will be considered
, with salary and seniority determined by your experience.
