Group Head of Marketing | Health & Wellness | Sydney
Must have prior experience working in the supplement category. A senior marketing leadership opportunity for a commercially driven, category-experienced marketer ready to own the growth agenda across a multi-brand health and wellness group. This role has a full remit -strategy, brand, campaigns, digital, customer experience, team leadership and budget. You'll report directly to the CEO and work alongside the Executive Leadership Team to drive brand growth, strengthen market presence and deliver measurable commercial outcomes across multiple business units.
The right person for this role understands the health supplement and wellness consumer deeply. You know how to build trust in a category where credibility matters, how to navigate regulatory nuance in communications, and how to connect product efficacy to compelling brand storytelling that converts.
What you'll lead:
Own the Group-wide marketing strategy across multiple brands and business units, keeping it tightly aligned to overall business objectives
Build and manage annual marketing plans, budgets and performance targets across all entities
Drive integrated campaign execution across digital, traditional, trade and retail channels - product launches, seasonal campaigns and customer acquisition
Shape and protect brand strategy, ensuring consistency and explicit differentiation across the portfolio
Lead digital marketing across website performance, SEO, social, email, content and search
Champion customer experience strategy - deepening engagement, improving retention and growing lifetime value
Develop and inspire a high-performing marketing team through hands-on mentoring, structured development and succession planning
Control the marketing budget, holding agencies and suppliers to account on performance and value




Report clearly and regularly to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on marketing performance and ROI
What you'll bring:
10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Direct experience in the health supplement or nutraceutical category - this is essential, not desirable
Demonstrated ability to lead marketing across multiple brands or business units simultaneously
Strong brand management and integrated marketing capability
Proven track record managing sizeable budgets and delivering measurable ROI
Deep understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape in health and supplement marketing
Excellent stakeholder management and executive influencing skills
Strong people leadership - you build teams, develop talent and drive culture
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
Desirable:
Asia-Pacific market experience
Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms and data analytics tools
