Site Installation Supervisor – Modular Construction

Residential & Commercial Projects | Travel Required | 2–3 Nights per Week

We're looking for a Site Installation Supervisor who brings hands‐on experience in modular installations and can confidently lead onsite activities across both residential and commercial projects.

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing the installation and onsite assembly of modular buildings
n
Coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities to ensure safe, timely and high‐quality outcomes
n
Working closely with the Project Manager to maintain program, sequencing and site readiness
n
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and installation standards
n
Representing the business onsite with professional communication and problem‐solving
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n




Proven experience working on modular building projects – residential and commercial
n
Solid site coordination capability and the confidence to lead teams
n
Excellent problem‐solving skills, attention to detail, and a high standard of workmanship
n
Willingness to travel as required and work flexible hours to support project needs
n
Ability to manage overnight trips (typically 2-3 nights per week, dependent on project requirements)
n
