Kaisercraft is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Retail Sales Assistant to work across the following stores; Mernda, Greensborough & Uni Hill.

Mernda will be your home store, but we will need you available and willing to work at Greensborough and Uni Hill.
n
Based in Geelong, we're a family-owned business with over 100 retail stores and counting, located throughout Australia. The Chance
n
As a casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an important part in ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and you will have a large focus on keeping the store well presented to showcase our beautiful product range. Outside of customer service your other duties and responsibilities may include;

Opening and closing of the store
n
Assisting with day-to-day store operations
n
Demonstratingstrong
product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
n
Unpacking deliveries and replenishing the shelves
n
Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives
n
Maintaining the store's appearance and organization to a high standard
n
n
About You:
n
n
Experience in a customer facing role
n
The ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needs
n
A motivated individual with a passion to sell our products
n
Reliable, high attention to detail and good communication skills
n
Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative
n
Flexibility across the 7 days of the week including late nights and weekends
n
Be happy to work on average 2-3 shifts a week which will vary from 3-5 hours long. There will also be the opportunity to pick up additional hours from time to time.

Experience using Microsoft Office suite and a POS System
n
