Proven experience in an Australian Building Services Consulting environment
Robust understanding of Australian Standards, NCC/BCA and NSW regulations
Experience delivering electrical designs for residential and childcare projects
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities
Develop electrical designs and documentation covering:
Power distribution
Lighting and emergency lighting
Communications and security systems
Renewable energy and sustainability solutions
Prepare technical reports, specifications, calculations and design documentation
Coordinate with architects, developers, project managers and other engineering disciplines
Participate in client meetings, design workshops and site inspections
Ensure designs comply with NCC, Australian Standards and NSW DBP requirements
Review designs and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
Support project delivery, client relationships and overall technical quality
Projects may include:
Residential apartment developments
Childcare centres
Mixed-use developments
Commercial buildings
Educational facilities
Warehouses and factories
Aged care and community projects
