Job Description
We're currently partnering with a well-known organisation undergoing a major website uplift and are looking for a Digital QA Analyst to support testing across a customer-facing web platform.

This role is ideally suited to someone who has worked across website rebuilds, digital transformations or front-end web projects and enjoys balancing both hands-on manual testing and modern automation approaches where appropriate.
n
You'll work closely with developers, product teams and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes across new functionality, integrations and customer experience improvements.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
n
n
Testing customer-facing web applications and digital platforms
n
Performing manual, regression, responsive and cross-browser testing
n
Supporting end-to-end and integration testing activities
n
Working closely with developers to identify, reproduce and resolve defects
n
Contributing to test planning, test cases and defect management
n




Supporting release and deployment activities across the project lifecycle
n
n
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
n
n
Experience working across website uplift, rebuild or digital transformation projects
n
Strong front-end/web testing experience across customer-facing platforms
n
Experience within Agile delivery environments
n
Exposure to automation or scripting tools such as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium
n
Strong understanding of responsive, UI and browser compatibility testing
n
Ability to work collaboratively within lean, fast-moving project teams
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
n
