Responsibilities

:Responsible for running A/NZ presales and delivery covering our Capital Markets Solution
n
n
sFocus on
n
n
:Project Management, Technology Consulting, Software integration and Outsourcin
n
gCapital Markets and packaged software Murex, Adenza, Finastra and Orchestrad
n
eResponsible for margin and revenue targets for the Offerings scop
n
eDevelop C-level relationships with clients and partner
n
sProactively identify opportunities and position DXC Luxoft services catalogu
n
eWork closely with sales teams to prepare and present service offer
n
sWork closely with delivery teams to provide relevant expertise to clients and ensure high quality deliver
n
yHandling and resolution of escalations, both from clients and from Delivery Management team
n
,Addressing talent acquisition, people and project allocation issues
n
,Motivation, retention and competence development of subordinated Delivery Management team
n




,Collaborative work of Delivery Management team with operational and admin support
