Why This Role?

As a Merchandise Planner, you'll take ownership of the full planning cycle across 200+ stores and online, ensuring we deliver the right product at the right time. Your focus will be on:

End-to-end planning: Managing OTB, markdowns, and inventory strategy to maximise sales and profit.
n
Strategic stock flow: Keeping core & repeat lines "never out of stock" and planning key events.
n
Collaboration & leadership: Partnering with buyers and mentoring two direct reports (Junior Planner & Allocator).
n

What We're Looking For:
n
n
10+ years in Merchandise Planning (fashion/apparel experience is a must!)
n
Advanced Excel & planning system skills
n
Robust analytical, strategic, and collaboration abilities
n
A detail-oriented, proactive mindset that thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
n
