Job Description
Western Union is seeking a Senior Manager, Change Lead – Customer Due Diligence to drive end-to-end risk and compliance uplift initiatives in relation to CDD under AML/CTF reforms. The role leads policy redesign, process implementation and governance across Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations, ensuring regulatory alignment and auditable controls.

The role requires 7+ years in AML/CTF compliance, robust leadership, and ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls.
