We're seeking an experienced Electrical Field Engineer to join a respected Australian contracting business delivering large-scale energy and resources projects nationwide.

This permanent position offers the opportunity to play a key role on a major LNG and infrastructure development, working within a team that values safety, collaboration, and community.

The Role
n
As the in office technical authority for electrical works, you'll bridge design and field execution—ensuring installations meet specification, safety, and quality standards.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide technical support to construction and supervision teams
n
Interpret electrical drawings and specifications accurately
n
Identify and resolve field engineering issues promptly
n
Verify quality per Australian Standards (AS/NZS ****) and project requirements
n




Champion safety and contribute to commissioning and handover activities
n
n
About You
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
n
5+ years' field-based experience on large construction projects
n
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
n
Knowledge of hazardous area (Ex) electrical systems desirable
n
FIFO or remote-site experience preferred
n
