About the Role
n
Working alongside an experienced Wills & Estates team, you will manage a broad range of private client matters including:
n
n
Preparing Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Directives.
n
Succession planning advice for individuals, families and business owners.
n
Drafting testamentary trusts and other estate planning documents.
n
Estate administration, including Probate and Letters of Administration.
n
Advising executors and beneficiaries throughout the administration process.
n
Estate disputes and Family Provision Applications.
n
Preparing estate accounts, distributions and finalising estates.
n
Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients through practical and compassionate advice.
n

About You
n
We're interested in speaking with lawyers who:
n
n
Have approximately 1‐5 years' PQE in Wills, Estates and Succession Law (if less experience, we want to hear from you)




n
Enjoy building genuine relationships with clients.
n
Have excellent drafting skills and strong attention to detail.
n
Are organised, proactive and able to manage matters with increasing autonomy.
n
Value working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
n
