The Company

This global fund manager is a leader in their field. The past 12 months has seen them expand their Asia-Pacific presence with a particular focus on the growth of their Sydney office.

This newly created role will see you lead and establish the Investor Services team. Initially a stand‐alone position, you will be expected to develop, lead and grow the team with the aim of creating a best‐in‐class investor services function.
n
The responsibilities
n
n
Develop and lead a best‐in‐class investor services framework which elevates and enhances the investor experience.
n
Assist with fund onboarding and liaise with service providers and local and global distribution and investment platforms.
n




Develop a solid understanding of distribution partners operational platforms enabling you to answer queries and resolve issues.
n
Deliver effective recruitment, performance management, training and change management practices.
n
Develop team capability, ensuring up to date investment product knowledge.
n
Play a key role in research and projects which support expansion into new geographic markets and business channels.
n

The Candidate
n
Successful candidates will have:
n
n
5+ years' experience in funds management.
n
Previous experience in investor services and/or fund onboarding.
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
n
Highly driven and proactive with the ability to take initiative.
n
Strong leadership skills.
n
Drive, motivation and a pro‐active attitude.
n
