Design Lead - eCommerce role at ARTISAN - Creative and Digital Recruitment. Fast growing digital agency, specialising in the eCommerce space, is looking to place an experienced Design Lead to manage an existing design team of superstars.

Three factors will make you suitable for this role: You are a Designer, Leader and Growth Strategist. As the Design Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and elevating the creative output of the design, combining hands-on design capability with mentoring, strategic thinking, and collaboration across teams.

Experience: Robust background in digital design with team leadership experience.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, responsive web design,



and accessibility best practices.

Creative & UX Expertise: Outstanding eye for typography, layout, interaction, and UX conventions.
n
Team Leader: Experience mentoring and developing designers in a studio
n
Project Confident: Ability to scope work, manage timelines, and collaborate with PMs and developers.
n
Problem Solver: Passionate about improving processes, tools, and delivery pipelines.
n
Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication, especially when working with cross-functional teams.
