About The Role
n
We have exciting opportunities for Registered Nurses (RN's) - Renal Dialysis to deliver home haemodialysis care in areas across Melbourne VIC.
n
You Will:
n
n




Provide direct and comprehensive dialysis carein patients' homes, including individual case management.
n
Plan and coordinate services, including collaboration with other disciplines or agencies.
n
Deliver education, counselling, and group supportaimed at improving patients' health outcomes.
n
Mentor and support newer or less experienced staff.
n
Participate in quality improvement programs, policy development, and clinical research initiatives.
n
n
What You'll Need:
n
n
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Recent Experience in Haemodialysis
n
Australian Working Rights
n
Demonstrated competency in planning patient care, clinical problem-solving, and quality improvement initiatives
n
n
Willingness to complete:
n
n
Police Check
n
Working with Children's Check
n
Obtain a current ALS and BLS Certification
n
