We are now looking to expand our bench with a construction lawyer with experience in the telecommunications industry to support a leading infrastructure services provider. You will play a key role in managing legal risk while enabling the successful delivery of major telecommunications construction and infrastructure projects.

As a legal counsel, you will need to:
n
n
Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of construction and infrastructure contracts.
n
Advise on telecommunications network deployment projects.
n
Support tenders,



bids and contract negotiations with customers and subcontractors.
n
Provide strategic legal advice on project delivery, contract administration, variations, claims and disputes.
n
Manage dispute resolution processes, including adjudications, mediations and litigation where required.
n
Have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a legal counsel or lawyer, ideally with experience in the TMT and construction industry.
