This is a newly created role in a high‐growth asset manager. The role is blended across property, fund and corporate accounting.

Base pay range
n
A$100,******/yr - A$120,******/yr

Blended role across property, fund and corporate accounting

Suits first mover with property clients or experienced accountant in property
n
$*******K package + 20% STI
n

Our client is an established global property group with approximately $5 billion AUM and a growth trajectory.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Drive consolidated financial reporting for the group.
n
Month‐end closing for corporate entities.
n
Reforecast and annual budget preparation.
n
Company tax compliance (income tax, GST, FBT & payroll tax).
n
Allocate workload: 20% property accounting, 30% fund consolidation reporting,



20% corporate accounting/month‐end work, 30% quarterly management reporting including investor reporting.
n

Qualifications
n
n
CA or CPA‐qualified accountant.
n
Prior experience in the real estate space (first mover with real estate clients or
corporate/property/fund
accounting background from a property group/asset manager).
n
Excellent written & verbal communication skills and sophisticated stakeholder engagement capability.
n
