Job Description
A high-profile opportunity exists for an experienced Head of FP&A; to join a fast-growing FMCG/Retail business during a significant period of growth, transformation and capability uplift. Reporting to the GM Finance, you will lead the ANZ FP&A; function, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive commercial performance, planning, forecasting and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
n
Deliver executive and board-level insights and commentary
n
Partner with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain leaders
n
Drive pricing, margin and profitability analysis
n
Lead and develop a small FP&A; team
n
Support systems, reporting and process improvement initiatives
n
Contribute to the business's growth and transformation agenda
n
n
About You
n
n
CA/CPA qualified
n
10+ years' experience across FP&A; and commercial finance
n
FMCG,



Retail or Consumer Products experience preferred
n
Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability
n
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
n
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
n
Able to bring structure, best practice and influence at a senior level
n
