Your New Role
n
We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced APAC 4PL Operations Specialist to join our team on a full time basis located in our Melbourne office.
n
Bring your versatile, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
n
n
Daily monitoring and coordination of end-to-end logistics operations across all transport modes.
n
Execution of Control Tower activities including milestone tracking, event monitoring, and operational visibility.
n
Real time issue identification, resolution, and escalation of operational deviations.
n
Direct operational coordination with 3PL partners to ensure service adherence.
n
Daily interface with the customer operational teams as primary contact for operational matters.
n
Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, SLAs, and agreed operational procedures.
n
Support KPI data validation, exception tracking, and operational inputs for reporting.
n
Support the maintenance of key documents and SOPs, work instructions, and operational processes.
n




Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for service deviations.
n
Support data analysis for continuous improvement projects.
n
First level operational system support and data quality checks.
n
Support operational readiness for current lanes, partners, or projects.
n

What You Need
n
We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:
n
n
Strong supply chain / 4PL background is mandatory
n
3–7 years of experience in logistics operations, freight forwarding, or 4PL / LLP environments.
n
Hands on experience in air and /or sea freight operations.
n
Experience working with multiple 3PL partners and customer facing operations.
n
Customer facing and stakeholder management
n
Experience working in an international or multi country logistics environment.
n
n
Your professional presentation and communication skills, along with true passion for providing exceptional customer experiences will play a major role in achieving success, both professionally and personally.
