About the Role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department. You'll lead and support your team, maintain high presentation standards throughout the hotel, and help ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
Lead, coach, train, and support housekeeping team members
Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard
Conduct routine quality inspections and provide feedback
Allocate daily workloads and monitor productivity
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries




Liaise effectively with other hotel departments
Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures
Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records
Manage incoming calls and ensure messages are actioned efficiently
Uphold hotel brand standards and escalate operational issues where required
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
The ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A positive, proactive, and hands-on approach
Availability to work
30 hours per week
