New Role - Branch Manager
n
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Perth operations in Maddington. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the day-to-day management of the branch, overseeing the workshop, service, parts and rental fleet. You will be accountable for operational performance, developing your team, delivering exceptional customer service and growing the profitability of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily operations of the Perth branch
n
Oversee service, parts, workshop and rental fleet activities
n
Mentor, coach and develop a high-performing team
n




Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement
n
Develop and implement service offering strategies to drive business growth and profitability
n
Build and strengthen customer relationships
n
Manage branch budgets, financial performance, and cost controls
n
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and future growth
n
About You:
n
You are a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. You will bring:
n
A successful track record in a similar role ideally gained in capital equipment, automotive or industrial sector
n
Strong leadership skills with proven capability of leading service or operational teams
n
Solid financial acumen and P&L; management experience
n
Excellent communication, customer relationship, and problem-solving skills
n
Results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
