Design Manager - Preconstruction / Tenders - Building / Construction - Northamptonshire. This employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Preconstruction Design Manager to work on a range of Building Sector projects.

Role
n
The role will be responsible predominately for the management of design related issues across multiple sectors at the Tender / Preconstruction stage of individual projects.
n
Requirements
n
n
Knowledge of Building Sector.
n




Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B; Coordinator, D&B; Manager or Design Manager.
n
Previous experience in building sector projects such as Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Apartment Blocks, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Extra Care Housing, MOJ, Industrial, Education or Healthcare.
n
Previous Main Contractor employment.
n
High level of communication skills.
n
Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
n
