Mono Constructions is seeking an experienced Construction Senior Site Manager to lead a Class 2 apartment project in NSW, from groundworks to handover. You'll ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery in office, coordinating subcontractors, trades, plant and equipment.

You'll champion WHS, manage the program, build strong client and consultant relationships, mentor the site team, and live Mono's values of Focus, Respect, Anticipate, Never Give Up and Kindness.
