Rezonate Recruitment has partnered with an AFR Top 30 Accounting Firm on the look out for a skilled Business Services Manager with scope to progress to Senior Manager and beyond!
n
Based in Sydney CBD, this leading and highly regarded Accounting Firm offers a broad portfolio of interesting clientele, including a lot of International Tax exposure. The firm boasts an excellent team culture, with lots of collaboration as well as regular socials, lunches/drinks and even a run club as well as having the capability to build this particular role around experience and expectations for the right candidate.
n
About You:
n
n
8+ years' experience working in an Australian Public Practice Accounting Firm.
n
Experienced within Business Advisory, Tax Planning meetings AND excellent comprehension of Financial Reporting, Management Accounting and Virtual CFO as this does make up a share of the work!
n
CA or CPA Qualified.
n
Proven track record in managing a fee base in excess of $650K.
n
Demonstrated capability of managing a team, including workflow, KPIs and reviewing.
n
n
