Key Responsibilities
n

Program & Project Managementn
n
Develop and manage construction programs.
n
Manage stakeholder relationships, including Directors, project managers, and external partners.
n
Ensure high-quality deliverables through solid oversight, resourcing and quality control.
n
n
Project Deliveryn
n
Oversee project documentation, tendering, and management of developers, contractors, and consultants.
n
Management of contracts to be all forms.
n
Management of contracts on behalf of, including consultants, contractors and fit out contractors.
n
Maintain and monitor quality control measures across projects.
n
Design management in accordance with project requirements documents in line with expectations.
n
Create project management plans and milestones, ensuring optimal delivery timelines.
n
Provide timely project reports to clients and Project Directors.
n
Engage senior stakeholders to align on project deliverables and requirements.
n
Timely and accurate forecasting of work to be undertaken.
n
Effective allocation and time management of resources to balance workload with capacity.
n
n
Client Specific Responsibilitiesn
n
Collaborate with site teams to develop strategies, interim solutions, and funding plans.
n
Oversee budget development, scheduling, and contracting strategies.
n




Manage design contracting and oversee development to IFC.
n
E2E Programmatic consultation and support.
n
Document management throughout design phases.
n

Qualifications and Experience
n
n
3-5 years of construction experience, preferably on site with a builder in a management capacity.
n
Degree in Engineering,
Project/Construction
Management, Architecture, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred.
n
Proven experience in managing complex industrial and/or commercial facilities.
n
Strong understanding of project management principles, with experience managing architects and engineers.
n
Exposure to property development or data centre projects is desirable.
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and MS Project.
n
