Overview

Global Cyber Security company seeks a skilled Software Engineer with excellent Java skills and Playwright to work in a complex testing area. 1 year contract. Will work on cutting-edge development and execution of Automation Testing End-To-End solutions in a robust Java DevOps Docker/Kubernetes workplace. Must have excellent Java coding skills. Daily rate: A$****** year assignment. Mostly WFH. Must be based in Sydney.

Base pay range: A$******/hr - A$******/hr

Qualifications
n
5+ years of Java engineering experience. Must have experience in a Java DevOps CI/CD environment. Any Automation Testing a plus.

BS
Engineering/Computer
Science or equivalent experience required.
n
Technical Skills
n
Hands-on experience with Java and Selenium Testing.
n
Strong knowledge of the software development process.
n
Experienced QA testing skills.
n
Ability to develop and execute complex automated and performance testing.
n
Accountabilities
n




Research available tools and lead or participate in initiatives to identify and implement those that will cost-effectively enhance testing capabilities and product quality.
n
Configure, maintain, and/or administer testing tools or environments.
n
Interact with teams to plan testing for delivery of products and enhancements and to assure products meet product requirements and quality standards.
n
Ensure that testing addresses requirements as agreed with other stakeholders.
n
Research and identify root causes of performance issues in partnership with architects, developers, and network and system engineers.
n
Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices.
