About Foxleigh Mine:

Foxleigh Mine is located in Queensland's Bowen Basin coalfield, 12km south of Middlemount and 272km northwest of Rockhampton. The mine was established in **** as an open cut operation producing benchmark quality, LV PCI coal for the export market.

About the Role
n
An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Maintenance Planner - Coal Haulage and Ancillary at Foxleigh Mine. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be required to:
n
n
Promote and maintain safety for all employees, ensuring adherence to Foxleigh's SHMS, policies, and procedures.
n
Lead and manage fleet maintenance planning, ensuring efficient use of labor and resources.
n
Develop and maintain the fleet maintenance business plan aligned with company objectives.
n
Create procurement plans to secure essential services, parts, and consumables.
n
Negotiate best prices for parts and manage workshop inventory.
n
Establish and maintain supplier relationships, monitoring contractor performance.
n
Monitor and report on fleet maintenance progress, budgets, and timelines.
n
Manage the workshop within budget constraints.
n
Maintain fleet software records, including mileage, repairs, servicing, and manuals.
n
Update maintenance plans and strategies regularly to ensure accuracy and alignment with operational needs.
n




Update PRTs as required to ensure accuracy and currency.
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
n
n
3+ years background working on heavy mobile maintenance in a mining environment; coal mining is ideal.
n
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Project.
n
Experience with mobile plant maintenance and familiarity with Pulse Maintenance Systems.
n
Robust communication skills, excellent organisational and time management skills.
n
An overriding commitment to health, safety and environmental responsibilities.
n
Actively investigate enhancements to procedures and processes that achieve improvements in performance, safety, job satisfaction and productivity.
