Overview

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Consultant with strong solution architecture and pre-sales expertise to support both prospective and existing clients.
n
This role blends functional consulting, advisory, and pre-sales engagement, with a strong focus on:
n

Conducting NetSuite Health Checks
n
Designing scalable ERP solutions
n
Supporting the sales lifecycle with solutioning and estimation
n
n
You'll work closely with sales, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to optimise NetSuite environments and deliver business-aligned solutions. Experience in construction or project-based industries is a robust advantage.

n
Design and architect scalable NetSuite solutions across finance and operations
n
Translate business requirements into practical ERP configurations
n
Provide guidance on workflows, integrations, reporting, and system setup
n
Ensure solutions align with NetSuite best practices
n
n
Pre-Sales Support
n
n
Lead discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
n
Deliver tailored solution demonstrations to prospects
n
Prepare proposals, scope documents, and implementation estimates
n
Support RFP responses and solution positioning
n
Conduct in-depth system assessments (configuration, workflows, reporting,



integrations)
n
Identify optimisation opportunities and system gaps
n
Deliver structured Health Check reports and improvement roadmaps
n
n
Advisory & Client Engagement
n
n
Provide strategic ERP and NetSuite advisory
n
Recommend enhancements, automation, and additional modules
n
Support industry-focused solutions (especially project-based environments)
n
Work with sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to execution
n
Contribute to business development and service positioning initiatives
n
n
Required Experience
n
n
5+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite (consulting, implementation, or solution architecture)
n
Strong knowledge of NetSuite financials, workflows, reporting, and configuration
n
Experience conducting NetSuite Health Checks or system assessments
n
Ability to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions
n
Experience in construction or project-based organisations
n
Exposure to SuiteProjects, project accounting, or job costing
n
Background in ERP consulting or advisory environments
n
ERP Advisory & Optimisation
n
Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
