About the role

Lead and mentor a small team of investigators managing complaints

Provide guidance to team members on complaint pathways, case management, and the preparation of high-quality reports.

Manage team resources, conduct performance reviews,
and drive best practice in professional conduct investigations.

Ensure timely and accurate analysis of complaints, balancing fairness to complainants and solicitors.

The ideal candidate
n
n
Admitted Solicitor with 7+ years PQE, ideally with strong experience in investigations, regulatory law, or professional conduct matters.
n
Proven ability to lead and mentor a legal team, with a team-oriented and hands‐on management style.
n
Skilled in evidence gathering, legal analysis, and report preparation for high-level committees or tribunals.
n
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on precision and integrity.
n
Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and sensitive matters.
