DevOps/SRE/Platform

Base Pay Range: A$170,******/yr - A$180,******/yr

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of two infrastructure engineers
n
Design, implement, and maintain on-prem and hybrid infrastructure solutions
n
Ensure availability, performance, and security of core systems
n
Act as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
n
Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders on infrastructure initiatives
n
Contribute to infrastructure strategy, standards, and continuous improvement
n
Support and enhance operational technology (OT) environments where required
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Proven experience in an infrastructure or senior infrastructure role
n
Strong hands‐on experience with:n
n
VMware (vSphere, ESXi, virtualization platforms)
n
Cisco routers and switches
n




FortiGate firewalls
n
n
Experience leading or mentoring technical staff
n
Solid understanding of networking, server, and security fundamentals
n
Experience across Operational Technology (OT) environments is highly regarded
n
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
n
n
