Business Analyst / Project Manager

Location: South of the River (Hybrid working)

Duration: Initial 3-month Contract, starting asap

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to support a Microsoft 365 migration project. This role will suit someone comfortable working across both delivery and analysis, with a hands‐on approach to planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and coordinate the migration of Teams Calling and telephony systems.
n
Conduct analysis on customer data and migration mapping.
n
Support workshops, change management, and communications planning.
n




Oversee delivery timelines and ensure smooth project execution.
n
Work closely with IT and business teams on Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention.
n
Provide reporting and insights through PeopleSoft and other tools.
n
n
About You
n
n
Strong experience in Microsoft 365 / Teams migrations and telephony environments.
n
Skilled in stakeholder management, delivery planning, and workshop facilitation.
n
Background in higher education advantageous but not essential.
n
Capable of operating as both BA and PM across concurrent project streams.
n
