Head of Education Support (Year 7 – Year 12)

Leibler Yavneh College, a modern Orthodox Jewish Zionist co-educational school, is seeking an experienced and passionate educational leader to oversee our Education Support program from Year 7 - 12.
n
In this strategic role, you will lead inclusive teaching and learning across the College, ensuring students requiring additional support, extension, or EAL development are effectively identified, supported, and empowered to achieve their full potential. You will oversee NCCD processes, ILPs, exam adjustments, and work closely with teachers, leaders, and families to drive best practice in learning diversity.

You are an engaging leader with:

Current VIT registration and teaching qualifications
n
Expertise in inclusive education, differentiation, and UDL
n
Robust knowledge of learning diversity, special needs,



gifted education, and EAL
n
Experience leading specialist teams and developing ILPs and personalised pathways
n
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
n
A commitment to the values and ethos of a modern Orthodox Jewish school
n
