We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Group Fleet Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building long-term business relationships and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Group Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing fleet accounts across our dealership network.
n
Your key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Identifying and securing new fleet and corporate business opportunities.
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with business customers.
n
Managing the entire sales process from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
n
Preparing quotations, tenders and fleet proposals.
n




Working closely with our dealerships to ensure a seamless customer experience.
n
Following up leads and maintaining an active sales pipeline.
n
Achieving individual and team sales targets.
n
Representing the CBMG brand with professionalism and integrity.
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous automotive fleet or vehicle sales experience (preferred).
n
A proven ability to build and maintain business relationships.
n
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
n
A proactive approach to generating new business.
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
n
A professional presentation and customer-first attitude.
n
Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
n
A current and valid driver's licence.
n
