Trade Co is looking to diversify our portfolio and expand into high-end residential and commercial projects. To support this growth, we are seeking a full time Supervisor to join our team.

About the role
n
As a Supervisor on our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential building projects alongside our Business Manager. Your proven project management skills will assist you in ensuring your portfolio is managed on time, within budget and to a high standard all whilst maintaining outstanding customer service.

Our ideal candidate is someone who knows how to Provide Great Service to their Team, Trades and Clients. Additionally, you may have experience in:

Coordinating Trades and materials
n
Quoting, estimating, scope of works and variations
n
Residential renovation and maintenance
n
Health and Safety management
n
Quality Assurance
n
Scheduling and planning
n
Working to policies and procedures
n
Using project management software
n
Project and budget management
n
n
Qualifications required
n
n
QBCC Site Supervisor licence
n
n
