We're working with a well-established residential volume builder to place multiple Site Supervisors across South West Sydney, Wollongong, and North West Sydney. This is a genuine career opportunity with a clear pathway toward construction management.

About the role

You'll be managing ***** residential builds at a time — liaising directly with clients, coordinating trades, controlling quality, and keeping projects on schedule. This builder has a structured training program and actively promotes from within.

What they're looking for
n
n
Trade-qualified carpenter with Cert III and Cert IV in Building and Construction (or equivalent toward a builder's licence)
n
Experience supervising residential / project home builds,



ideally with a major volume builder
n
Stable work history — someone who commits and sees projects through
n
Ambitious and career-driven with a genuine desire to progress
n
Open to training and being developed within a structured program
n
Presentable and confident dealing directly with clients in office
n
n
$110,000 – $130,000 + super, depending on experience
n
Locations
