Job Overview

A Senior Solutions Architect will advise Telco, Media, Entertainment, Gaming, and Sports customers on best practices for advanced cloud-based solutions, provide migration strategy and design innovative AWS solutions, and collaborate with account teams and partners to deliver practical, business‐impacting cloud architectures.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Act as a trusted customer advocate, delivering strategic guidance on cloud solutions and migration from existing workloads to AWS.
n
Shape and execute adoption strategies to deepen and broaden AWS use within enterprise customers, mobilising internal resources and partner networks.
n
Collaborate with account teams, specialists and partners to design, build, and deploy solutions that accelerate customer business outcomes.
n
Maintain ownership of customer inquiries, and engage with AWS SMEs via internal mechanisms when additional expertise is required.
n
Collect customer signals and feedback, and work with Service teams to enhance AWS products and services.
n
Share thought leadership and contribute to internal knowledge bases to elevate AWS solutions.
n




Pursue continuous learning through AWS accreditation and education programs.
n
n
Basic Qualifications
n
n
7+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
n
7+ years of IT development or
implementation/consulting
experience in the software or Internet industries.
n
3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructure.
n
n
Preferred Qualifications
n
n
5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
n
Experience working with end‐user or developer communities.
n
n
